I couldn't have been happier with my stay. the hotel is just a short walk from delano park and the old decatur historic district, making it super convenient for exploring the area on foot while enjoying beautiful scenery and interesting landmarks.

Fantastic location! Everything we needed was on-site, and the indoor pool provided a cozy retreat during winter. Staff expressed warmth and professionalism, making the entire experience enjoyable.

Housekeeping came knocking at 8:15 AM, which felt intrusive when a later start is generally expected. The gym equipment is in rough shape, with rust visible and the TVs on the machines non-functional. On top of that, the balcony lacks chairs, which would have made enjoying the outside much nicer.

Additionally, the credit back to my account after checkout is taking a lot longer than anticipated, which has left me feeling unsettled about our billing experience.

well, i woudl ve been happy if there were chairs on the balcony, but alas, there weren’t any. also, don’t say one thing and then do another, like giving me zero special treatment. i almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

The indoor pool was a perfect retreat, and I loved the mini-fridge in the room for snacks. Instant hot water was a major win! My stay felt like a cozy getaway.

This place suits me perfectly with free internet access, a fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. I always remember how the staff helped me with a wake-up call during my first stay. I highly recommend their breakfast. it's a great way to start your day!
